We review our works and processes regularly and strive for consistent improvement which can be developed.

Quality assurance is the prevention of quality problems through planned and systematic activities (including documentation).

These include the establishment of a good quality management system and the assessment of its adequacy, the auditing of the operation of the system, and the review of the system itself .

Craftsmans Quality system:

  • To inform the client of what works are to be done clearly and concisely
  • Complete the works set out as we described them.
  • Record that the works have been completed, inform all necessary parties.
  • Audit the works/system on a regular basis
  • Gather feedback and look for improvement

All operatives are expected to review their own works and working systems and identify areas where improvement can be made and share any best practices.
